The owners were really friendly, and I had a room looking out over the strait, which made me very happy. The room was clean and the location was great. For the price, it's the best in Punta Arenas. I'll definitely come back.

We came back from dinner and found the door to our room open. We were told it had been left that way to warm the room, but nobody had informed us or asked permission. To us, that's a serious invasion of privacy, especially with no control over who was coming and going. The room was tiny, had no heating, faced the street, and had no double glazing, so sleeping at night was impossible. Staff showed very little willingness to accommodate tourists. A very bad experience.

The owners were friendly and gave excellent service. It's right in the center, making it easy to explore Punta Arenas on foot, and the price is very good. I'd recommend it 100%.

I slept really well, and the homemade food was delicious. The owners made me feel welcome and also helped with logistics for personal or work needs. I highly recommend the place and hope you enjoy your stay.
