The room furniture looked a little dated, but everything else about our stay was flawless. We loved the gorgeous pool area, with both indoor and outdoor pools, the rooftop space, and the awesome breakfast. A really lovely hotel.

Breakfast was the letdown. The options and the taste both could have been better. The hotel is on the pricey side, but the quality of our stay and the service made it worth it. It was easily the best place we stayed on our trip around Chile. The staff were professional and spoke excellent English, and our room was beautiful and comfortable. We also had a lovely terrace looking out over the pool, city, and sea.

This place needs work!!! I had to ask for towels, and the massage I’d already paid for was cancelled just 10 minutes before it was due to start. And look at this couch!

We went for a birthday and had a really nice time relaxing. I emailed to ask if we could use the spa without staying there and got a reply within 10 minutes, with detailed information about the center and the half-day price per person: 15,000 pesos, from 9:00-15:00 or 15:00-21:00. That covers the spa, hot pool, and sauna. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bring your swimming gear and swimming hat; they provide a towel, shower gown, and slippers. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff were helpful and sociable, and breakfast was very nice. It’s a very new, nice building with an amazing view of the city’s most important monument, Morro de Arica. The pool was amazing too. They give you complimentary drinks to collect in the casino, but it’s always full, so I ended up buying my own at the bar.
