10/10
Right in the city centre, with a busy market-style street full of fruit and food vendors just outside. The staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I’ll remember them fondly.

A pleasure to stay here. The staff were great, and there’s a gated parking area and breakfast.

2/10
The central location is really the only thing going for it, close to everything. It’s a shame, because the reception and dining room staff were very friendly, but the hotel itself is old and badly run down. The furniture is in terrible shape and the towels are awful. The photos may be very old and give a misleading impression. They need to put more into the building and its upkeep. Street noise is awful, and the heat is unbearable with just one fan provided. Everything else was very poor. I wouldn’t go back, even if I had the day off.

The woman and the young girl who welcomed us were kind and helpful. The hotel itself is pleasant, clean, and friendly.

4/10
The rooms didn’t look like the photos, and the floor seemed rotten and dirty. There was no hot water either. For what it offers, the price is exorbitant and the quality poor.
