The rooms were pretty clean, with nice linens and pillows, and the private room was pleasant. The hotel felt very secure, with locked doors and someone always at the front. Wi-Fi was slow, though. The first night was quiet because there were no nearby guests. The next night we could hear the person in the next room talking loudly and singing along to music, which was annoying. The mattress was fine on the first day, but started hurting my back on the second. The TV also kept turning itself on, so we had to unplug it.

The service was good, the quality was high, and the price was reasonable.

The staff really focus on looking after guests and make you feel like family. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with heating, cable TV and a remote, Wi-Fi, hot water, soap, and shampoo. Breakfast is included, and the lunch and dinner are a treat if you buy them. If you want personal hotel-style service at inn prices, I recommend staying here for a few days.

A quiet colonial-style hotel with an inner courtyard and patio. It's centrally located, just 100 meters from the plaza, with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms and bathrooms are large. Parking is available for a fee in a guarded garage about 200 meters away. A good fit for an overnight stop while traveling through northern Chile.
