The manager is a great person and takes care of any problems. The rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent. There isn’t much privacy, but it wasn’t a bad stay.
The hostel is cozy, clean, safe, and peaceful, close to Caldera's main streets. There’s no parking, though the area seemed quiet enough to leave a vehicle outside. Our room was comfortable, with high ceilings and furniture for our clothes and backpacks. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The shared refrigerator has dividers, which helps keep food and drinks separate, and the Instagram photos match what you find there. Domenica was a lovely, welcoming host, always happy to chat and full of good food and sightseeing tips. We’d absolutely come back. I also want to thank her again for helping us find a safe, affordable place to stay during the nationwide blackout, even though she wasn’t in Caldera herself. She guided us throughout that difficult day. ❤
We felt right at home during our four days in Caldera. It’s a small B&B in the heart of town, with spacious rooms and really comfortable beds. The location is ideal, and the owner is so sweet and helpful.
You feel right at home here, and the atmosphere is great. Breakfast is included. The staff are friendly, the rooms are large, and the kitchen has quite a bit of what you need to cook meals.
