I thought this would have been a four-star stay because the staff seemed nice. Then I checked my credit card and saw the charge had gone through. They had told me the card payment failed and asked me to pay cash, but I got no receipt showing how I paid. So I was charged twice, and I can't prove it. Neither they nor Booking.com have responded to my request. It doesn't seem like an accident. A really bad experience.

The hostess was very attentive, and we had parking. The rooms were comfortable and had private bathrooms, and the location was great. Everything was excellent.

The value for the price was a 10 out of 10. There's a supermarket across the street, and the hostel provides parking. The room had a minibar, kettle, microwave, cable TV, plus tea, cups, glasses, and sugar. It was comfortable too.

We paid 35,000 pesos a night for a room with two single beds. It's a clean hostel with hot water, parking, cable TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. You can use the dishes, as long as you wash them afterward. Towels are provided, though you have to ask. I would've liked an extra blanket on the bed, but I really liked the place otherwise and would recommend it.
