The staff were lovely, and when we accidentally left a backpack behind, they quickly sent it by courier to our next destination. That was handled so well. This beautiful wooden hotel on stilts felt like pure luxury after all my campground and hostel stays in Patagonia. Our gorgeous room had an amazing water view, and the place was beautifully decorated. Breakfast was incredible, with options for every taste. The dining area was just as memorable, especially the real wooden boat converted into a table. What a wonderful spot for a romantic getaway. Highly recommend!

From the main bedroom and the breakfast room, the bay views are stunning. The main bedroom in particular has a breathtaking view that's worth the price. The hotel is beautifully decorated and gives you an authentic palafittos experience.

We had a blast at this cute, cosy place. The view is amazing, and the location is good. The owner made us feel welcome, offered recommendations, and enjoyed sharing stories about life in Chiloé.
