Refugia Chiloé

The boat trip was such a memorable part of our stay. The scenery was spectacular, with clear deep-blue water and charming islands that have UNESCO churches. The boat experience matched the hotel, where the attention to detail was excellent. We loved watching dolphins play in the bay while having a cocktail at sunset over the wetlands. From arrival to departure, we were treated royally. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with even a kettle for tea, and the beds are fabulous with a view to die for. The food and cocktails are special too. The ceviche and local fish dishes were delicious, served in perfect portions and presented beautifully. All the staff were well trained, incredibly polite, and multilingual. Little touches like trail mix to help yourself to, hand-knitted slippers to take home, an insulated water bottle, and chilled water on tap made everything feel comfortable. Thanks for such good memories!

The peace here really feeds your soul, and it's hard to leave. The architecture is stunning and fits the surroundings perfectly. The accommodations were perfect, and the staff are truly wonderful. It felt like staying with family. Love, love, love this place!

We had such a lovely weekend away. The rooms were super clean with amazing views, and the service was great. Breakfast was my favorite, simple but delicious. Try the mussels hunting experience, it's fun.

This was our second stay at Tierra Chiloé, after our first in 2019, and the experience was even better this time. The service, food, and activities were all just perfect. I hope it keeps these high standards after the management switch.
