Our cabin had five beds, a full kitchen, and hot showers, all at a great rate. Jose was an inviting, funny host with great tips for local food spots. Their dog, the "long-haired hippy," was a sweetheart too. We'd definitely come back.

Cabin 2 was fine when I first stayed, except cold air came through the bathroom window. On my return I got cabin 1, which is basic: a pane is missing from the bathroom window, wind comes in through the front door, and there's nowhere to hang clothes. I had a storm with rain and wind, and getting firewood felt like asking for a special favor. I don't feel the guest matters most here, the money does. I wouldn't return.

Our accommodation was changed at the last minute, and we ended up in a cabin with no kitchen or internet. The water heater never worked, so we couldn't take a hot shower. Who rents out cabins without a kitchen? There wasn't even a place to wash a cup.

The owner gave excellent service and kept checking that we were comfortable. The beds were great, as were the amenities, and the prices were very competitive. It's a great place to relax and explore the area, highly recommended. Thanks so much for the kind service. We hope to return soon.

Everything is excellent. Chaitén is a beautiful town, and the lack of new projects and achievements there makes it more entertaining.
