There was nowhere to put our travel bags, and the bathroom had no toiletries. The breakfast was very basic, with no milk or fruit, but that made sense given the low price and location. We appreciated having access to private parking. The receptionist was very helpful and found us a last-minute room with two comfortable beds, so we could get some rest.

The breakfast included with the stay was spectacular, really hearty, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We spent two nights here and had a very pleasant stay. It's excellent value for money and one of the best inns we've tried, and we've stayed in quite a few.

We arrived after 9:00 PM with my children, and the receptionist told me the room was occupied because she'd written down the date wrong. I had booked in advance. Her solution was to suggest other hotels in Chañaral, then offer a second option that cost 30,000 pesos more than the quote and didn't include breakfast. Awful service, no empathy at all. I don't recommend this place.
