The ferry across the lake is right next door, so the location was perfect for us. We stayed three nights at the height of tourist season and couldn’t have been happier. Paula checked us in with impeccable English, and kindly upgraded us to the best apartment available when we asked for the highest room possible. It was spacious, impeccably clean, well equipped, and had an incredible view of the lake and mountains. Off-street parking made unloading and loading easy. Breakfast was free, and the restaurant served excellent food and adult beverages. I especially loved the steak and pastel de choclo. Service at both the lodging and restaurant was superb, with thoughtful personal touches. I’m not sure I’ll make it back to Chile Chico, but if I do, I’ll stay here again. PS. Thanks for the birthday cake, Paula!

We only had one night here, but the staff were welcoming and responsive to everything we needed. Paula greeted us at reception with such kindness that she made the long day of travel feel worthwhile. The room felt solid and had a modern style, and the ferry across the lake is close by. The restaurant food was excellent, with big portions. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Chile Chico. I can’t imagine finding anything better!

My end room stayed very cold, even though they said the heat was automatic and came on at 6pm. It was OK for a quick night, and at least the shower was hot.

Right when you think you’ve reached the edge of civilization, you find this place. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel and restaurant are well situated and both very clean. The couple who run it are friendly and helped us find our way around the region. My wife was pregnant then, and they made lots of exceptions for her so she could stay safe. I’ll definitely come back.
