I really hate this hotel. Most of the staff were mean and unhelpful, apart from one person. My room was full of bugs and mosquitoes, and although I asked them to spray it while I was out, they didn't. I put the sign on my door clearly asking for service, but every time I returned from a tour the room was still dirty and the towels hadn't been changed, so I had to ask for clean ones. On departure day, they told me just 25 minutes ahead that I had to leave a couple of hours before the time we'd agreed. I didn't even have enough time to shower properly or get ready.

The staff were lovely, polite and friendly, but service felt very limited. It was so hot that walking into town every day was too much, and having transport there more often would've helped. Fly screens on the windows would've been useful too, since the rooms were hot and the fan wasn't enough. Such a shame, it had a lot of potential.

It's a nice retreat away from the busy part of San Pedro de Atacama, out on the town's outskirts. The access road is unpaved, and the entrance gate can be hard to spot at night. There's electricity, cold running water, and Wi-Fi in shared areas like the restaurant, but no AC. That may be okay since the temperature drops several degrees overnight.

I loved this hotel, even though it's a little way from the center. The rooms are big and very clean, and breakfast was nice.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the room is big. But there's no TV, no Wi-Fi in the room, and no coffee. The location isn't ideal either, since it's far from the town center.
