We had booked through booking, but this place felt like it was in the middle of nowhere. The attendant was nasty and didn't want to deal with us because we were “from Bolivia”. She then wanted to charge us an extra 20% and told us to go somewhere else. There was no customer service, and the whole thing ruined our experience. Too bad in such a lovely country. We've been to over 50 countries, and this was a first. Bummer.

It's a hostel, so they shouldn't be hostile! I canceled my reservation because I don't think they know how to manage a hotel, and they weren't helpful.

For the price, this is a very good hostal. Being a 15-minute walk from the center isn't a problem.

A nice, budget-friendly place, and not too far from the town center. Recommended.
