Absolutely awful. Stay away at any cost.

The price seems reasonable for what you get. Still, the photos on Booking.com didn’t really match the offering, or at least not the room I was given. I wouldn’t pay extra for breakfast: they leave a tray in the room at night, there’s no proper place to eat, and what’s included is very basic for the cost.

The location is super central and the room was good. The shower needs work, though. It only has one curtain, so water gets out.

Not a place I’d recommend. The rooms were dirty, there was no bottled water for making coffee, and breakfast was disappointing. The bathroom doors were badly installed. One mattress had springs pressing into my back.

We loved the place and thought it was excellent value, but the bathroom sign telling guests to run the water for 10 minutes before showering to get the hottest temperature is unacceptable. Chile is facing a WATER CRISIS!!! Hotel owners, please modernize the boiler instead of letting water run for 10 MINUTES just to heat up. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, so make changes and protect nature.
