Hotel Tetelhue

There are no nearby bars, supermarkets, or usual leisure spots when you arrive. Instead, Casa Tetelhue is tucked into the Quinchamalí forest in the Ñuble Region of southern Chile, with animals, quiet dirt paths, stars, and nature all around. It was a special escape from city life for a few days, or longer. The hot tubs and quartz beds were unusual experiences I'd never tried before, and made this one of my best stays in a long time. The team at Casa Tetelhue was wonderful and charming, and the service was unforgettable. Thanks, Nacho and Rafaela, for taking such good care of me. It's a paradise I won't forget, and I'll certainly return when I can.

Great food, and the rooms are generally very well heated. I especially liked the game room, books, music, and pool hall. With yoga and hot tubs too, it's an ideal place to unwind and disconnect from the city.

The meals were truly delicious, and we enjoyed every breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Ester and her team were attentive to our requests and helped make the stay as good as possible. Tetelhue is beautiful and peaceful, with lovely details throughout that make it feel welcoming and inspiring. We had an unforgettable time, well beyond what we expected. Between the hot tub, eucalyptus forest walks, massages, and the other activities, it's a great place to get away from city life and relax. Our one suggestion for the organizers is to show final prices on the website, including VAT.
