Mauricio, the owner, was very supportive and helped whenever we had concerns, and the service in general was friendly. We had a modern new room with a balcony, which cost extra, and a lovely view over the sailing port, though you can’t go into the port. Breakfast was delicious. The spa and gym weren’t open yet. There’s a bus stop right outside, with micros about every 15 minutes, and places like the Kunstmann brewery are easy to reach. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The massages are well worth trying, they were excellent, and breakfast from the buffet was delicious. Our room was clean and pleasant, and the service was good. The hotel is in a great spot for unwinding. My only gripes were that the shower wasn’t as hot as I’d have liked, and the cafeteria had no lunch or afternoon tea options.

The rooms themselves were fine, including the beds and showers, but breakfast didn’t justify the price of the whole service. The room was tiny, the buffet was slow to refill, and there wasn’t much to choose from. It was a squeeze just trying to get something to eat.

The service was very good, but there was a serious lapse: while the room was being cleaned, the door was left open for around nine hours. Nothing was missing when we got back. The main entrance door was tricky to close, which explained that issue, but the bathroom door wouldn’t close at all.
