Hotel Railef

I was very satisfied with my five-day stay. The staff gave excellent service, and I appreciated how clean everything was. It works well if you’re visiting to shop or just passing through. The area isn’t the best, so take precautions. I was very happy with my stay.

The room price is far too high for what you get, and there are other hotels near the bus terminal with much better service for only a little more. The service here is terrible, and cleanliness is practically nonexistent. The sheets were covered in hair, as if they hadn’t been washed or changed; the bathroom was so dirty I didn’t want to use it, and there was always a bad smell in the room. There’s no privacy either. You can cough or make a phone call on speaker and hear it in the next room as if there were no walls. I hope someone reads this before booking.

The price is a rip-off, and this is no place for a pleasant night’s rest. There weren’t enough blankets for the beds, and the heater didn’t work. When I asked the manager, Mr. Royal (yes, that's his name), for help, he answered rudely and aggressively. I don’t know how they can hire someone like that.

Poor quality for the price. The door lock was nearly broken, and the double room came with just one small bottle of water, not two as you’d expect for two people. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and coverage was terrible. They say breakfast is included, but all you get is two pieces of toast per person and a coffee you can’t choose. Awful. Checkout is at 10:30, not even noon.
