We were welcomed to a stove that was already lit, a lovely touch. The cabin had everything we needed, and the owners were very kind and attentive about our comfort. There are big and small grills guests can use, plus a pretty little stream nearby. The location is excellent, close to the lake.

If you’re looking to get away from it all, this is a good place. It’s near Huillinco, though a little far from Chonchi and Castro. Public transport goes past the entrance, but check the timetable first. The cabins are well equipped and cared for, and the owner is very friendly.
