The room and its attached bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the rest of the hostel has a nice old-fashioned feel. The owners were warm and did their best to communicate despite the language barrier. They even gave us breakfast for free on New Year's Day :) Huakin, their black cat, is cute and friendly too. Locals cautioned us about being out in the neighborhood at night, but once we were inside the property, we felt okay.

We only stayed one night, but it was lovely. Their home felt charming and welcoming, and the hosts were probably the friendliest, kindest people we met on the whole trip. Would absolutely recommend!

The location worked well for us, close to the bus station. We enjoyed the place's distinctive, charming interior, and the hosts were open, friendly, and made sure we had what we needed throughout our stay.

The house has a lot of character, and it's about a five-minute walk to the bus station. It's around 100 years old, so the wooden floors slope and things aren't quite straight, but the rooms are spacious and the host is gracious. Breakfast was fine too. I'd recommend it.
