Parking is three blocks away, which can be a real hassle in the rain, as it often does in southern Chile. The hotel is close to Costanera mall and there are lots of small restaurants nearby for lunch or coffee. The restaurant is okay and not too expensive. It’s a business hotel, with very nice staff. Breakfast was okay, with plenty of choices and all-you-can-drink coffee.

You get panoramic views of Reloncaví Sound from the seventh and eighth floors, and the hotel is centrally located, just down the street from the cathedral and city plaza. Breakfast was good, too. The downside is that this is a noisy part of town.

You can leave your luggage in storage for as long as you need, which was a big plus for me. The rooms are clean and modern, the service is friendly, and breakfast is very good. Right in the center, too. Highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was okay, though it wasn’t fully ready at the 7 am opening time. Some reception staff know no English at all, and the staff in general seemed a bit unhappy and not very engaging. There were stains on the linens. With a city-view room, expect a noisy road outside, even on the sixth floor. There were also random noises in the night, like people running in the corridor and the room phone ringing. It’s somewhere to sleep, but it isn’t worth the money.

The restaurant upstairs serves a varied breakfast, and they even gave me a complimentary pisco sour when I checked in. The staff were friendly, the room was decent and very clean, and the Wi-Fi was strong. A solid three-star hotel right in central Puerto Montt. No complaints.
