We only got to spend one night at Barocca Lodge, and I hope we can come back. The meals were wonderful, and as a chef I loved seeing the creativity across the courses. We also played pool and met a lovely family from Chile who felt like our own. After arriving by boat from another lodge across the lake, we were welcomed with drinks and snacks by some of the friendliest people. The views are beautiful, and there's a walk to a nearby waterfall too. This place is all about comfort and relaxation.

The people made our two nights at Barraco Lodge especially memorable. Everyone was kind and accommodating, with the kind of service you'd hope for in America. My husband and I are already talking about another Chile trip and a return to Barraco Lodge. The setting is stunning. I kept turning my head to take it all in, and our days had just the right mix of adventure, relaxing, and pure joy. From arriving on the property to leaving, it felt like a bed and breakfast on Chilean steroids. Thanks for everything, and see you soon! Ciao! ❤️

The excursions were some of our best in South America. Fishing was a lot of fun even though we didn't catch anything, the horseback ride was incredibly scenic, and the lunch spot was a highlight. Back at Barraco Lodge, everything felt homemade, from the fresh, tasty food to the friendly welcome from the staff. I liked not having to choose breakfast and dinner each day. The wifi was slow, but still manageable, and it gave us a chance to read, unplug, and spend time in the hot tub. A really memorable, authentic stay.

We were blown away by our four days here. The cozy atmosphere feels like something that's built up over many years, and the staff are wonderful. Definitely recommend Barraco Lodge.
