Very poor stay. There was no hot water, the toilet didn’t work, and there wasn’t any drinking water. They only accept cash.

I only stayed for one day.

The pool is nice and its floors have been renovated, but the work still looks unfinished. The water isn’t filtered, there’s micro-fungus on the bottom, and it’s slippery. The cabins have excellent bathrooms, but mine had no mirror and a burned-out bulb. The bed and room were good. I’d have liked to sit on the terrace, but there was no light, the walls were being repaired, and the woodwork wasn’t maintained. There are serious safety concerns too: electrical wires run across the floor, with water hoses crossing them. The place could be excellent, but poor management gets in the way. It feels like guests are left to fend for themselves after daytime hours, since there’s no one to turn to. One person is expected to handle reception, cleaning, pool maintenance, breakfast, and the usual guest requests. That’s impossible.

The rustic, natural setting feels special, and on a clear night the stars and moon are magical. It’s a great place to disconnect as a couple or with friends, with a pool and breakfast included. But the pool wasn’t clean, breakfast was very basic on protein, and there were no choices like unsweetened natural juice. My room was full of mosquitoes at night, which made sleeping difficult. The experience was still pleasant, and the place has a lot of potential.
