The food was bland but okay, and the beer and wine were much the same. Staff were friendly, though they didn’t do much to make the stay feel special. The resort itself seems to be slowly wearing down, with much of the grounds closed for maintenance and dead bugs covering the main pool. For the price, the hot baths felt forgettable, and there aren’t any outdoor hot tubs or pools. I’d skip it and try one of the other nearby termas.

The room barely stayed warm, and we were cold at night. They lent us a small electric heater but warned us not to leave it on overnight because it might burn out. We also only got one gown per person for the whole stay, with no replacement the next day, so heading to the pools in a wet gown meant getting cold. The pools were another letdown. The guest pool was almost cold, and the two small jacuzzis weren’t at proper jacuzzi temperature and had no massage jets. One had water that was full of fat, and both were constantly occupied. We nearly had to force ourselves into the cold main pool to warm up and avoid getting sick. The visitor pools were a little warmer, but crowded with dance classes and parents with little kids in floats, leaving very little room. Food ran out if you arrived after service started. The meat was tough, the lamb was mostly bones with hardly any meat, and the desserts were watery and unappetizing. For the price, the place felt poorly staffed and badly coordinated and managed.

Staying at the hotel includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there’s also a cash bar. In the Chilean countryside, it’s a lovely, relaxing hotel and spa. There are three geothermal pools and several hot tubs at different temperatures, some indoors and one outdoors.

Beautiful place, easy to get to, and a friendly atmosphere. The spa has mud baths, massages, and beauty and relaxation treatments.

A pleasant place for a short stay. It isn’t first-rate and seems geared toward older people, but it’s still nice.
