Aldea Naukana Posada Boutique

The staff were easy to communicate with and clearly tried to accommodate guests. We liked the hotel's cozy feel, and breakfast was good, though the scrambled egg serving was quite small. We also couldn’t have eggs and avocado together, which felt limiting. Our room looked pretty but wasn’t very practical. It was listed as 20 square meters, though it felt more like 15 altogether. The bathroom took up a lot of space compared with the bedroom, where opening two large suitcases was a struggle. The layout also made it easy to see whoever was using the toilet, and the blinds let in a lot of light. We were charged an extra 15 USD for paying by card instead of US cash, which we Europeans don’t carry. This fee hadn’t been mentioned, and no other hotel in Chile on our trip charged us one. Everywhere else we paid the amount shown on Booking. A cozy stay, but there are things to improve.

I spent a week here for a conference. The room was gorgeous and really comfortable, and the staff were amazing. It may be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The hot tub was the highlight. You have to book a time, so get in early. It was totally worth it, and they brought a drink and snack too. The water was scalding at first, but staff helped us cool it down after a while. It’s a lovely, cozy little Alpine mountain Lodge style place. There were only two couples there midweek, so it felt peaceful and relaxed, almost like we had the whole place to ourselves. Everyone who checked us in and looked after us was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, and since there were just two of us, they brought it to our room, a nice touch. The rooms felt a bit impersonal and lacked privacy, but we enjoyed our stay. 👍🏼

The hotel is central but still quiet, and I slept like a baby. I loved the boutique feel, the lovely rooms and garden, and the great breakfast. The staff were very attentive, and they also work with a great travel agency. I’ll definitely return to Pucon. There’s still so much more for me to explore.
