We stayed in 1804, where the apartment was cozy and practical. Its location made it easy to get to Cerro Santa Lucía, just a few blocks from Palácio de la Moneda and Plaza de Armas. Both bathrooms had toiletries, the towels and sheets were clean, and all the kitchen utensils worked well. The air conditioning kept the place warm.

We booked through Booking.com and had no complaints. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, though ours had no view. It was quiet and close to metro and bus stations. There was a liquor store nearby, a Get It right next door, and a Starbucks across the street. The location was excellent.

I waited from 3:30 pm to 7 pm, then ended up finding somewhere else to stay. I didn't pay. It was a scam.

The room was really good, and so was the location. It's close to El Cerro Santa Lucía park, museums, squares, and Santa Lucia metro station.

The central location was a plus, but the only view was of the apartments on either side. The curtains were filthy, and the blankets looked worn and/or dirty, which gave us a terrible first impression and made us not want to stay. We had to because of the time of year and summer season. The hallway and apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and it lingered through all four days we were there.
