Atton Concepcion by Mercure

Karina at the front desk got me checked in quickly and later helped arrange a restaurant booking for that same night. My Spanish isn’t great, and I didn’t feel confident calling myself, so she phoned for me. Her service was incredible, and the staff’s English was excellent even though my Spanish wasn’t. I stayed on a Saturday. The room was spacious and clean, with good views and comfortable beds. I’d stay again if I return to Conception.

The main drawback was the train and its horn going off at all hours of the night. Otherwise, the hotel felt clean, friendly, and safe, with very helpful staff who spoke good English. It’s only 15 minutes from the airport, with a supermarket nearby, a park just around the corner for a walk or run, and some nice restaurants close by.

It’s a short walk, about 5-10 minutes, to the city center, and the location is pretty good. My room was spacious and clean, and they provide lots of towels :-) Breakfast was really tasty with plenty of different things to choose from. Good hotel and really friendly staff.

I’m staying here while holding meetings at the hotel, and they’ve gone above and beyond to make my team comfortable. The customer service and expertise are incredible. I’ve stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental, and W hotels in Chile, and none compare with the level of service I’ve seen here at the Atton Hotel.
