I stay here for work one to three times a month, but the basics keep letting it down. The bathroom sinks are often clogged, and it can take as long as 20 minutes for the shower water to heat up. The restaurant is inconsistent enough that I’ve stopped eating there. Breakfast is cheap and poor, from the awful coffee to the Watts juices. I really can’t see how this place got to call itself a four-star hotel.

I came to stay here while visiting family, and it was a horrible experience. The location is inconvenient unless you have a car or plan to take taxis, and there’s very little choice on the small menu. In the room, the hard, lumpy pillows seemed to have their stuffing packed tightly inside. The bathroom was another problem: there was only a tiny shampoo bottle, which wasn’t enough for my curly hair, no conditioner, and the shower kept switching between hot and cold. This hotel really doesn’t deserve five stars.

Getting in from the highway was awful and confusing. The room heater didn’t work, and the sink was clogged. The restaurant’s menu was limited, and they ran out of one of the offerings very early.

The rooms are clean and comfortable enough for a business trip, but I wouldn’t choose this for a leisure stay. The view isn’t anything special, and getting there on foot isn’t convenient.
