Some rooms don't even have windows, just makeshift repairs, and there are drafts. The sound insulation was terrible and the electrical wiring faulty. The manager's service was terrible too, annoying and almost harassing. I absolutely don't recommend this place.
Concepción is excellent, too. The atmosphere and the place are great for a longer stay, and everything went well from the moment I arrived. Excellent accommodation.
I've been here for six months, and the place has felt safe, quiet, and clean throughout. My room is comfortable, with a bed, nightstand, closet, TV, and electric heater. Shared bathrooms, laundry, a kitchen, and a patio are available too. The hostel is right in the city center, close to transport, restaurants, plazas, and shopping centers. Mrs. Violeta, the manager, makes you feel at home and looks after guests well. Mr. Rodrigo, the owner, stays on top of maintenance and guest safety. I highly recommend it.
The location is fantastic, with everything close by, and the hostel itself is quiet, comfortable, and welcoming. The people who live and work there are genuinely kind, and the hospitality was excellent. Thanks for everything. We’ll be back soon. Just a few minutes from downtown, this cozy hostel has clean, comfortable rooms and staff who are ready to help. It’s excellent value for the price. Definitely recommended.
