The owner was very helpful with information about services and places to visit, and the place was nice and clean. The room was basic. There’s a kitchen area for making your own meals, a TV room, and a play area for kids. It’s very close to tourist attractions and shopping, but getting around can be difficult if you’re infirm or unsteady on your feet. There are stairs both at the entrance and inside, and the place sits on a very steep hill. Going down was fine for us, but we didn’t try walking back up. A community taxi service will take you up the hill for a small charge.
