Hotel Concepción

The rooms could use a remodel, as they leave a bit to be desired. The location is good, though, and breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

Reception is open all day and night, and the location is very central. Rooms were okay and had what I needed for a good night's sleep, though mine could have been cleaned better. Breakfast was a basic buffet, and the staff were friendly and attentive. There can be some weekend noise from the bar on the corner, but it doesn't stay open very late.

It was peaceful, and the reception staff were friendly. My room was spacious and clean, with a private bathroom in perfect condition and big windows for daylight and fresh air. Breakfast had healthy options and good variety. The one change I'd suggest is putting closets in the rooms to make staying there more comfortable.

The location was good, but arriving with luggage was difficult because the elevator wasn't working. It was cold in Concepción, yet there was no heating. They provided a little heater that only warmed about a square meter, despite the rooms having three-meter ceilings. When I asked the receptionist for the heater missing from my room, they weren't helpful. It was a bad stay.
