Horrible. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was in deteriorating condition, and the walls and ceiling had mold. The doors wouldn’t close, and the pillows were completely flat. I paid 45 thousand for a room that didn’t meet basic quality standards. It used to be called Vitara and is now Nevada, but they only changed the name. Never again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast they brought to the room was generous and delicious. For the price, I felt it was good value. On my last night they left the room spotless and replaced the blanket, which was a nice gesture after the first day. That first day was unpleasant, though. The bathroom was stained and the shower curtain was dirty. The comforter had a cigarette burn, and the room felt more like a motel room. I stayed three nights but was given only one set of soap and shampoo, so bring your own. There was no hairdryer, and if you’re staying several days, you need to reserve parking in advance.

The rooms were decent, and every one had air conditioning, which was the only real plus. The cafeteria was terrible: we ordered two Barros Luco sandwiches and got toast with cream cheese and beef broth. It was laughable. When we arrived, they offered complimentary coffee, but then apologized that they had none, so we settled for tea. Expensive for what you get.

The room was clean and had what we needed for our work trip, and the service was good. At night, though, there was a steady engine-like noise. Aside from that, things were fine.

The young guy who helped us was really kind and got a room ready even though we hadn't booked. It's right in the center and affordable, 27,000 pesos for 12 hours, though I'd book ahead next time. The room was warm, clean, and came with towels and two little bars of soap. Double doors kept the hallway noise out. The decor is very plain and a bit gloomy, but the place is quiet and relaxing. I'd recommend it and come back.
