Parque Urbano 907

Marlene, the host, is very friendly, and the place is comfortable throughout. The apartments, parking areas, and lounges have good armchairs and vending machines. There's always staff cleaning, so it's consistently clean. You can relax on the big grassy area, and there's also a swimming pool. Shopping carts are available for carrying things up and down the stairs or getting luggage to the parking garage. The rooms have housekeeping, there's security, and El Trebol Mall, Queens, and other restaurants are just steps away. Highly recommended.

There are large, comfortable shared areas, a gym, two pools, a barbecue space, and a big park. The apartments, both medium and small, are nice. The common areas could use a fresh coat of paint.

It's a great spot for getting around, with the mall and its shops close by, supermarkets just steps away, and the airport and public transport nearby too. My only concerns were that some common areas were blocked off for reasons I don't know. I think it may be related to the building's structure and poor elevator maintenance. One of the three elevators wasn't working properly, and the call buttons were broken.

A lovely, peaceful place.
