That sunset was just wow! 🤩 We had a really nice, relaxing holiday here, and the woman who welcomed us was very kind. We enjoyed the pool and stayed two nights. We booked a two story apartment, but it wasn’t the best setup for us. The bedrooms were upstairs while the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, so we should’ve booked everything on one floor. Also, watch your step: the floor gets really slippery when your feet are wet. Breakfast could be better too, with nicer ham, cheese and yogurt. Construction work woke us around 8 a.m.

We won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend the place. This was our second visit. Two years ago the cabins were in good shape, but now the wear is showing and the equipment doesn’t work properly. The refrigerator door was broken, the stove burners wouldn’t light, and the heating didn’t work. They were supposed to help, but only told us minutes before the staff left. The mattress was old and very hard, and the pillows had almost no filling. There’s practically no management. Check-in is handled through WhatsApp, and nobody checks who comes onto the property. One day the parking lot was full, with 12 cars for 8 cabins. At the pool we counted at least 8 people who weren’t guests. When it filled up, they got out, gathered their things and drove away. The lighting wasn’t monitored either. Around 8:30 pm, everything was dark, including the pool and the area around it, and a guest fell. On the day we used the jacuzzi, a family was still there 15 minutes after their time was up. Another 20 minutes passed without anyone saying anything. When we complained, we were told they had no idea about the time.

AVOID THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! We were paying daily rates upwards of 80 thousand pesos in the low season, and every detail felt bad. The room’s shampoo and soap were poor quality, the shower pressure was weak, and the heating wasn’t enough. The heated pool was cold. My girlfriend couldn’t stay in it for more than two minutes. Our room smelled strange, like chlorine mixed with sweat, and the bed was only more or less comfortable, not worth the price. There’s no reception desk, just WhatsApp. When we tried to complain or ask for something, staff said they weren’t from reception and couldn’t help. It felt like a way to avoid responsibility for the poor service and cut costs. Breakfast was a shock: they brought us three eggs to cook in the cabin. At that daily rate, I don’t want to cook on vacation. Other cabins in Pichilemu at the same price bring the eggs ready. There wasn’t any coffee, either (????), so I had to find a worker and ask them to bring some. Attention!!!! Terrible place, avoid. It’s absolutely not worth what they charge.

The cabins are low quality and fine for a quick stop, but not comfortable. Our sheets and bedspreads were dirty, and the staff seemed very reluctant to replace them. The beds were dirty too. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
