Mrs. Silvia runs the place and is really friendly. It’s in an excellent spot and good value if you just need somewhere to sleep.

Good stay, though a few details need attention. Doors should have room numbers or be marked as bathrooms, towels should be provided at least once a day without having to ask, and the locks need improving so doors aren’t left open.

For work or errands in Concepción, this is a great choice: good rooms, good prices, and excellent service. Tourists might want something different, though it could still work for them. I left very satisfied.

The hotel is very central, just a few blocks from a mill, and the staff are very good. Rooms are cleaned daily if you authorize it, and there’s hot water for showers. The paint is a little worn from age.

We had a reservation and arrived at 11 PM, but the woman saw our large SUV and refused to let us stay. My family and I were left without anywhere to spend the night. It was a terrible experience.
