Hotel Boutique Reyall

I came back from lunch and found £300 missing from my suitcase. I know how much I had left in the room, and that money was gone. I reported it straight away to reception, but they said there was nothing they could do. When police arrived, I was told the cameras outside my room weren't working that day. That left me feeling very unsafe, and I don't understand how the hotel can claim guests are fully safe without video evidence. I raised a concern about staff member Johanes Erike, whom I thought might have been involved, but the hotel wouldn't take responsibility or properly investigate. I expected transparency and support, not blame. I appreciate the investigation they said they conducted, but I was still left without the money. There was only one person assigned to clean my room. I also had trouble finding the safe, which was hidden under the bed. If it's a room facility, guests should be able to find it easily without help. I left feeling unprotected, disappointed, and unheard. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting proper security or professional help when something serious happens. I'm not making anything up.

We slept fantastically, and the outdoor seating was lovely. It's a cute boutique hotel, with a really good breakfast buffet, fresh juice, and good coffee. The only part that bothered me was getting a call at exactly 11:01am to say we had to check out.

We got very good service, and the hotel was comfortable and clean. It's on a quiet, pleasant street, and the continental breakfast was incredible. At this price, I'd highly recommend staying here.

The bed was a dream, and those were the best pillows I've ever had in a hotel. The staff were friendly and organized, and breakfast came to our room right on time. It was delicious, and there was so much of it. We had a little table and two chairs in the room, so eating there was comfortable. We felt safe and at ease at the Reyall during Covid. They had lots of protocols in place, and I have no complaints about that. We'd happily stay again, even during the pandemic.
