There was no respect for privacy or the surrounding neighborhood. The people here are rude, and parties go on for 12 hours, disturbing the whole community. They continued past midnight on a weekday, which isn't decent behavior for a so-called four-star hotel. I guess four stars in Chile are like two in Europe or North America. Expect very little, more of a hostel atmosphere.
The garden is lovely for families with children, and the pool is clean and nice. The hotel is right on the beach, and the rooms are quiet. The beds are clean, but breakfast is the same every day. The staff are friendly. The bathroom doesn't look very nice, and the rooms definitely need renovation.
Right beside the beach, it's an ideal place to stay in Concon, especially when you're learning to surf.
It's pricey, but really great.
The pool was an unpleasant shade of green. On the plus side, there's direct access to the beach, private parking, and a central spot near restaurants and surfing activities. The staff were friendly, gave excellent service, and stayed attentive to guests' needs and requests.
