Radisson Blu Acqua Hotel & Spa Concon

We booked a one-night stay midweek at the last minute, and it turned into one of my most beautiful experiences in Chile. The hotel is right over the ocean, with amazing views everywhere. We mainly came for a massage, and wow, it was great. The staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was included and had fresh fruit and bread, nothing like a crappy Holiday Inn. For the massage, room, and a very nice dinner, I think we spent maybe $450 total, including the big tip I left for the staff. Must go, must go, must go! Shout out to the GM David, a super cool guy, Front desk agent Martinez, the two ladies who did the massage, our server Gregory, and the kitchen staff who stayed open late just for me and my wife.

The room was gorgeous, simply decorated but lovely, with a comfortable bed and a clean, beautiful bathroom. We had the suite with the outdoor bathtub, and the ocean and sky views were breathtaking. Being able to open the windows all the way and listen to the calming waves made it special at every time of day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Arriving was easy, as was the quick check-in. The hotel has valet parking, with staff parking the car for us during busy times. There are two pools, one indoors and one on the rooftop, plus a small outdoor jacuzzi. The indoor pool was nice and stayed open late. We didn’t get to try the jacuzzi, though it looked amazing. The rooftop pool was a real letdown. The pictures make it look much bigger than it is, and getting there is difficult, nearly impossible and potentially dangerous for anyone with mobility issues. It wasn’t well cared for and was ice cold, so despite the beautiful weather we couldn’t use it. If it were heated and clean, it would be a real asset. The bar was a nice place to relax, but live music made it far too loud to have a conversation. Breakfast had plenty to offer, and the restaurant later in the day was great and always busy. Apart from the misleading rooftop pool, our stay was wonderful and flawless, and we’d love to return anytime.

The rooftop is incredible, and the hotel was super clean. Service was very good. Right by the ocean, so it feels like you're in it. Great location, great hotel.

The breakfast is good, but the staff aren’t very polite. It used to be better. Now it’s always full of business people, and you can’t use the yakushi on the rooftop.
