For the price, you can do better. The closets and appliances were dirty, and the internet connection was very poor.

The views are beautiful, the price is great, and the office staff speak English and are very helpful.

The steep access makes this a poor choice for anyone with physical difficulties. These are small apartments with a fairly well-equipped kitchenette, a terrace overlooking the sea/river, comfortable beds, closet space, and bathrooms supplied with shampoo, soap, and towels. They’re one block uphill from Concón's main restaurant street, near mini-markets, restaurants, bars, and a 24-hour Pronto Copec gas station. Coordinate arrival and departure times with the property ahead of time. At some hours, only the cleaning staff are there, and they also handle check-in.
