The owners were wonderful, and it was a beautiful experience at a very nice place. Breakfast was excellent, especially the homemade jams. The mattresses and pillows were incredibly comfortable.

Eloisa was the highlight, with great suggestions for places to visit and things to see. The welcome and service were friendly and warm.

Jose Miguel and his wife were excellent hosts. Their attentiveness stood out, and every dinner or sightseeing suggestion they gave us was spot on. The room we got, Room 08, was very small, though it didn’t smell musty like the other room they showed us, which had a strong musty odor. Our bathroom was also extremely cramped: barely any water came from the sink, the shower was tiny, and on the toilet your knees could practically touch the wall. My only complaint about the linens was the towels. We got just one per person for both nights, and they weren’t bath towels, only a few centimeters bigger than hand towels. They were far too small to dry off after a shower, and stayed damp when we needed them for our hands or face. Breakfast was good, with excellent coffee, bread, ham, cheese, and homemade jam from the hostess. I don’t think I’ll return, but if I do, I’ll ask about the towels, payment methods, and whether the larger rooms still have that musty smell. The hosts are hard to fault, but the value for money just isn’t there.
