I was here for a few work days. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is good. Everyone at the front desk speaks English. The neighborhood is pretty good, though being near the Candelaria church can mean noise during festivals. My only complaint was the mattress, which felt old and soft, with a dip where people sleep.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel puts on a great Friday night buffet, though it's pricey. The rooms are nice and clean, with fancy bathrooms and balconies. Front desk staff all speak English. The beds felt a bit odd, kind of small and on wheels.

The spa offers massages and cosmetic treatments at reasonable prices, and the rooms are spacious. The outdoor pool isn't heated. The gym hours were frustrating: it's closed Saturday afternoons and Sundays, and on weekdays from 1 to 5:15. The restaurants are okay, but the buffet isn't surprising. The casino is smaller and older than others in Chile, though it has live shows.
