The beds are comfortable and made for a good night's rest. I've been to the company twice, and having room for large vehicles is a real help. A very nice place.

We know the owner, Mrs. Diana, and have stayed here for years whenever we're in Copiapó or heading north. It's family-friendly, with pools in different sizes, animals, a play area, and barbecue grills. The air conditioning, excellent beds, and ample parking are great too. Best of all, it's right beside the highway for anyone coming north.

The place itself is beautiful, but the service was terrible. We arrived at 4:30 PM for our 2:00 PM check-in, and our dome still hadn't been cleaned. They only began once we got there. We were in town for a wedding and had just an hour, yet they kept us waiting in the sweltering heat for half an hour while they cleaned. The next day, breakfast and hot tub use were booked, but breakfast was an hour late again. By the time we could use the hot tubs, the heat was unbearable, and we lasted less than an hour. We asked for 50% back for the hot tub and they refused. An awful experience. We absolutely don't recommend it.
