The common areas, including the kitchen and bathrooms, were clean and well kept. It’s a casual, friendly hostel with people from all over coming to see the local sights and parks. The owner-manager was friendly and helpful, and arranged an airport shuttle for us and our bikes. The hostel is clean and comfortable, recommended. Just take care with the cat, "pumi", the miniature puma likes a bit of scratching and attention, but don’t overdo it!
A modern, good-value place to relax, watch movies, play table tennis, eat, or cook. The WiFi is excellent, and there’s Netflix downstairs. The big kitchen has lots of utensils, enough to bake a cake. There are two clean bathrooms with hand soap dispensers, and towels are provided. The owner is nice.
Only a quick stay, but the host was relaxed and great to chat with. The atmosphere was easygoing, the beds comfy, and everything very clean. I could easily have stayed longer. Thanks!
My girlfriend and I stayed one night in room 1. The staff were friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of the hygiene problems. The shower in the upstairs bathroom drains poorly, so your feet stay in water with hair, soap, and other disgusting leftovers from previous guests. Worse, we were bitten by bedbugs. Three days later, we each still had almost a hundred bites that were itching badly. We told the owner while he was there, and he said he would fumigate. We didn’t even get an apology.
The staff were really nice, and there’s plenty to use here: a kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms, ping pong, bikes you can borrow, and even a barbecue area. The showers are warm too. A very nice hostel!
