I slept for more hours than I meant to, the place was so well insulated from outside noise and temperature! The bathroom was spotless, and my room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and served in a beautifully decorated, welcoming room, with everything presented on porcelain plates and cups. The decor throughout feels homely and inviting, and the green surroundings make it a lovely place to visit. The young woman running it was friendly and attentive. Its location is especially convenient, and whether you're in Coyhaique for work, fun, tourism, or adventure, I'm sure you'll get the rest you need here. Highly recommended.

The rooms are a little small, but that wasn't a problem for me. The owner is kind, attentive, and always ready to help. It's a welcoming place close to the center of Coyhaique.

The room, bathroom, and other facilities were nice, especially for the price. But the hygiene was poor: I found hair in the bathroom and shower, and even in the bed.
