Clean and comfortable, with great service. A lovely place to stay!

Waking up beside the river with that beautiful scenery was wonderful. The staff made the place feel welcoming, and the rooms were spotless and cozy. Even in the Patagonian cold, the heating kept us completely comfortable. A wonderful stay, 100% recommended.

The breakfast was the letdown. It was supposed to be included, but the man who served it initially set out only butter, ham, and jam. We had to ask for bread, and he brought the small rolls they put out before lunch. Having to request what should already be part of breakfast, and getting such small portions, was terrible service. They need to be more attentive about this. The place itself is clean, with a nice brown, wood, and turquoise color scheme. It’s close to the center but feels secluded, so it’s good for relaxing. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach them. When we arrived, the staff were friendly and showed us how the heating worked. That part was good.

It’s a quiet spot where the main sound is the Simpson River, and there are places to take in the mountains, forest, and river views. The location is hard to beat, on the west bank of the river beside the Carretera Austral, though you need to cross a suspension bridge that only suits light vehicles. The rooms are new, nicely decorated, and have good views, but no TV, Wi-Fi, or safe. Wi-Fi works very well in the common areas. Breakfast was good, and there’s a hot tub. It’s suitable for families with children and about a three-minute drive from downtown Coyhaique. Highly recommended.
