Top-notch across the board: great food, a nice pool, and quality throughout. Ariel gave great service, the bar staff were excellent, the massage was a dream, and the gym was perfect.

The hotel, food, and staff are all excellent, and the ski slopes are the standout for me: wide, long, and with different difficulty levels. It’s an incredible experience in a part of Chile that’s still largely unexplored. I’d say these are the best slopes in South America.

The mountains are beautiful, and we all loved skiing. My daughter was especially happy with the pool and game room. Our room was clean and cozy, and the staff are some of the best I’ve experienced. After four days, checking out feels like leaving friends. This was a perfect family getaway, even from another continent. The trip was so worth it.

We loved it for a family trip with kids. The hotel is modern and really nice, set in an amazing araucaria forest. The food is special, top notch, and inspired by Mapuche cuisine. The ski resort still needs development, but has huge potential, with awesome expert freeriding on the side of a volcano. It was a bit windy for us with 7 points anow.
