The crew felt like one big family and welcomed us with open arms. Joaquin, the owner, was incredibly friendly and always trying to find something for everyone to do. This is one of my favorite hostels I've stayed at. The Garage bar draws people from around town, not just hostel guests. We had a lot of fun there drinking pisco, playing ping pong, and grilling on the big indoor fire pit. The hostel is great, and it's also easy to get to both resort and backcountry skiing. 10/10, I'll stay every time I visit.

A really lovely place, and one of the best hostels I've stayed in so far. The staff are super friendly and helpful, it's very clean, and the bed was the best ever. The common area is cozy, there are two kitchens for guests, and it never gets too crowded. The location is great too, near hot springs and different trails for hiking volcanoes and the national park. Highly recommend!

I've never felt so welcome checking into a place. The hosts have fantastic energy and clearly love mountains and adventure. The rooms are warm and cozy, the shower is hot with great pressure, and there's a huge kitchen. They also live in an eco-friendly way, heating all the hot water with their special wood stove. There's a boot room to keep your boots warm, and you can wax your skis or get help with minor repairs from their resident seasoneers. Access to the backcountry and the resort nearby was great. The owner shared lots of local information and even spent his day off taking us to one of his favorite spots. On behalf of me and my team at Japan Powder Connection, thank you, you guys are the best. We had a total blast and didn't want to leave!

The owners gave first-class service. They're a young couple with international experience in snowboarding and biking. The place is simple, but has standards you'd find in Europe, and the central heating is excellent, which isn't common there. It was clean, we felt at home, and we'll come back!

A great hostal, and the bar makes the stay even more fun!
