Mauren, the owner, was really friendly, and the price was low. There was free parking right in front of the house. The hotel feels a bit dated, though. My room was clean, but its window faced the hallway and the shades didn't close all the way. The mattress was extremely hard and the bed wasn't comfortable. Breakfast was set out in the kitchen, with food and dishes in the fridge or cupboards and no service. I'd say it's around 3.5 stars; giving it 4 feels like a generous rounding up.
