It feels more like being welcomed into a friendly grandma’s home than staying at a hotel. Breakfast came with homemade bread, and I think the cake was homemade too. Such a lovely, genuinely authentic place, with a calm atmosphere and none of that corporate hotel feeling.

The shared spaces felt warm and cosy, and our room was spacious and wonderfully quiet. We stayed for two days in Frutillar and had a window looking right out onto the lake.

The front common room is a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the view. The staff were professional, and our room was comfortable. A great place.

We stayed in nine different hotels during our 10 days in Chile, and Amadeus was the one we liked best. Alex, the host, was wonderful, and breakfast was delicious. The rooms and shared areas were clean and comfortable, with fantastic views. Definitely stay here!
