Boulevard Suites Hotel

The room looked gorgeous and had a fantastic city view, with plenty of space. But the layout caused real inconveniences. There were very few outlets, all far from the bed. The bed was two twins pushed together, and my back wanted to check out before I did. The shower was great, though it was also a Jacuzzi tub, with the drain off to the side rather than beneath the shower nozzle. That left a significant dip, and I nearly fell more than once because the tub was slippery. For what I wanted to do, the location worked well. I could walk to most of the places I was interested in on that side of the city, then later stayed across town and walked to the rest. It's a pretty nice hotel, and I'd recommend it if you want to be in the Vitacura area. The staff were friendly, but not especially helpful. Nobody told me on arrival that breakfast was included at the hotel next door, so I had to ask someone there. Knowing what I know now, I'd stay again if I could get one proper bed or a better arrangement of the twin beds.

Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a couple of days. The hotel is in a convenient spot in the upscale Las Condes neighborhood, close to the large Parque Araucano and the vast Parque Arauco shopping center. Service was excellent. Savka and the other front desk staff were always quick with answers and suggestions. The buffet breakfast was in the Marriott Hotel, which shares the building but is separate from it. The servers there were very friendly, and breakfast was a joy, especially the many fruit and pastry options.

The suites are roomy and high up, with excellent views. The front desk crew are pleasant, informative, and helpful, especially Daniel. There's not much food nearby, but it's easy to get an Uber pickup and reach anywhere else in the city quickly. The hotel is attached to the Marriott and shares some perks. If you're visiting from abroad, make sure to get a tourist card when you arrive in Chile. You'll have to pay tax on the rooms if you can't show it.

We keep coming back because this hotel has what we need and the staff are amazing. Thanks for everything!
