Mrs. Marcela was wonderful to communicate with, and her kindness meant a lot. The cabins are spacious, cozy, and fully equipped, with a great location. I loved them, and they work really well for a family visit.

We had a good time, but the Wi-Fi and cleanliness problems were such a shame. There was mold on the hairdryer cord, limescale on the toilet, and the dishes and glasses, along with other utensils, hadn't been cleaned properly. Cobwebs covered the ceiling, the floor felt a bit shaky, and there was hair on the bathroom and kitchen walls. Some even got into our food. I hope they improve things.

The location is amazing, and if I come back to Fresillas, I'll definitely book here again. I would have given the service five stars if they offered a continental breakfast or something along those lines for the cabins.

The only small issue was the carpet upstairs, which could do with replacing. Otherwise, the apartment was spacious and suited our family of three kids perfectly. We stayed two nights in the large unit beside reception, were given a really warm welcome, and were just a short walk from the beach.

It's in a nice spot near the lake, and the cabin itself is beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. But reception wasn't always available, we had no Wi-Fi, and the power went out one day. If you need firewood for the stove or anything else, you have to wait until morning for someone to show up.
